Nature Walks for Beginners - easy walks accompanied by a trainer. The 2 km walks are particularly suitable for beginners.
Nature Walks for Intermediates - exercise walks, accompanied by a trainer, to improve heart and lung stamina and suitable for those wishing to improve their fitness level. The distance is 3 km., intended for those with a basic level of fitness. * the route includes up- and downhill stretches.
Nature Walks for Advanced - exercise walks, accompanied by a trainer, to improve heart and lung stamina. The walks are suitable for those with a high level of physical fitness who do aerobic activity 4-5 times a week. The distance is 5 km. * the route includes up- and downhill stretches.
Fat-burning Walks - 3 km. exercise walks, accompanied by a trainer, to understand the meaning of a "good" walking pace and to learn what pulse-rate is necessary for weight loss.
Fitball- a session working on balance. With body-muscle strengthening and balance-improvement activating different parts of the body through various movements, using an exercise ball.
Principles of Fitness-Room Training - personalized instruction demonstrating the principles of training in the fitness room. Aquaerobics - aerobic exercise in the pool, with equipment and accompanied by rhythmic music. The water's resistance, together with the use of accessories, improves heart/lung stamina and helps to strengthen muscles and improve stretching. For strengthening arm muscles and improving heart/lung stamina.
Body Toning and Body Sculpture: exercise that combines improving heart/lung and muscle stamina with muscle toning and body sculpture.
Stretch Lesson: pleasant and easy exercise for improving flexibility, releasing muscles and for relaxation.
Combined Aerobics - aerobic exercise combined with equipment (steps, balls, weights, exercise bands). The session combines work on heart/lung stamina with muscle strengthening.
"Physical" - the "Physical" equipment offers a wide range of exercises for all body muscles and is ideal for obtaining a sculpted body, firm breasts, sculpted thighs, flat belly and narrow waist. Intended for use for all fitness levels, pregnant and post-natal women.
Chi-Kung - Chinese exercises combining movement with breathing.
Tai-Chi - Chinese martial art using slow, flowing movements, that brings tranquility and self-awareness.
Dynamic Meditation with Sound - a combination of movement, sound and breathing as a way to reach balance and inner calm (Meditation with Sound is without movement).
Guided Visualization for Weight Loss - learning the correct way to utilize thought and imagination as an additional way to create the reality we desire - feeling positive and in control of our food intake.

Feldenkrais - learning, through movement and individually, to gain pleasure, relief and muscle release.

Indance - Dance for the Body and the Soul, is healthy body movement combining all dance styles (Jazz, Modern, Latin, Oriental, tribal etc.) with Yoga, Martial Arts (Karate, Tai-Chi, etc.) and healing arts.
Indance is Body/Spirit/Soul activity equally suitable for men, women, teenagers and children. The dance is guided, but allows free movement and self-expression. There is no need for any previous training. Each lesson emphasizes a different subject and is itself a separate unit independent of prior lessons.
Exercises for Preventing Back, Neck and Shoulder Pain - physical activity emphasizing correct balance, separation of movements and correct practice of exercises to help lessen pain in one's daily life.
Drumming Workshop - experimental workshop combining work with different types of drums from around the world with learning various drum rhythms.
Tennis - coaching to improve skill and technique.
Trampoline Exercise - the exercise activates all the cells of the body and directly effects the skeletal muscles, muscles of the digestive system, bone-density, connective tissues, skin, vital organs and circulation. The lesson provides dynamic and stimulating aerobic exercise.
Juggling - exercise improving coordination by practicing different physical skills.
Kendo - dynamic exercise using ancient martial arts practiced by battling with bamboo poles. (Lessons are in English). Each lesson is limited to 10 people.
Additional lessons (for a fee) Spinning: group biking on "Spinning" stationary bikes, with a trainer and accompanied by rhythmic music. This activity works on heart/lung stamina, burns approx. 1,000 calories per session and combines with body toning (registration is in advance, and each session is limited to 6 participants). The individual fee per group lesson is 40 NIS. The fee for private lessons is 80 NIS.
Pilates: the complete method for fast and most impressive results. The whole body is lifted and strengthened, becoming a firm, tightly-sprung system. Work for all muscles of the body. The method is for both men and women of all age groups and in every physical condition. The work is individual, with each exerciser enjoying constant personalized guidance during the lesson, with special exercises suited to weak points and physical condition (lessons must booked in advance via the fitness room, extension 2205). The fee per lesson is 190 NIS. Improving Swimming Style: a practice session with a swimming instructor, for improving swimming style. The fee per lesson is 160 NIS.
Tennis: a practice session for improving skill and technique.
- Practice session hours: 07:00 -21:00 - Tennis racquets and balls may be borrowed (free of charge) from the fitness room for playing after practice sessions hours - with an undertaking to return the equipment. - Tennis courts may be booked through the fitness room (free of charge). Additionally, private lessons may be booked, for a fee, through the Sports Department. - All types of lessons listed here may be taken privately, at an additional fee, either by groups or by individuals, by prior arrangement with the Sports Department. - Hours of sports activities may be checked at the resort's Reservations Department, tel: 04-8307878. - Sports clothes and sports shoes must be worn for all sports activities. - Participants should arrive 5 minutes before lessons. - Mountain bikes may be hired at a fee of 20 NIS per day. The payment includes receipt of a helmet and a map, with an explanation of the routes.
