Once the order is made, the room is removed from the hotel’s room inventory and your reservation is guaranteed.

Who collects the payment and how is it done?

The hotel charges your credit card when you check out, according to the information supplied when the room was reserved. Since the reservation is made directly through the computer, the reservation approval is a valid proof of the reservation, and there is no real need to verify by phone that the reservation was accepted. Importantly, the hotel’s telephone numbers and contact details are given in the final reservation approval sent to you by email once the order is made, and this will allow you to contact the hotel with any special requests.
