The hotel is located in the city center, near Ben Gurion University and the new shopping center, just a short drive from Omer Industrial Park.

It has 257 spacious rooms, including 60 specially upgraded rooms on the business floors and 2 luxurious suites. All rooms are equipped with central air conditioning, a telephone, cable TV and radio.


Public Areas

The hotel's public areas offer the largest, most luxurious convention center in the area, including 5 banquet halls of varying sizes for arranging meals, seminars and conventions.

On or around the premises of the hotel are a huge pool, health club, kiddie pool and a shopping center and stores.


Built in 1997, the Golden Tulip Negev has 12 floors with 257 rooms and 4 remodeled elevators.


The hotel underwent general renovations during March and August 2006, including refurbishment of all the banquet halls, carpeting and curtains, new furniture in the hotel restaurant, replacement of the carpeting in the rooms and fixtures in the bathroom.


The Tel Aviv Coffee Shop, located in the lobby, was replaced and redesigned.
