The Inbal Hotel Jerusalem offers eclectic kosher cuisine. Renowned Chef Itzik Mizrachi is the Head Chef of the hotel and he ensures that the guests get the very best culinary experience in the hotel.

Sofia Restaurant:
It offers Italian dairy cuisine in lunch and dinner. The menu new dishes like the Le-Brac Con Pepperoni Fish with potatoes, grilled vegetables spiced up with pepper sauce; Trouta al Cartoccio – trout baked with butter sauce, lemon and thyme; and delicious pastas.

The Inbal Hotel Jerusalem is ideal for holding conferences and conventions. Our facilities include world class and advanced audio- visual amenities along with other communications equipment that complemented by a beautiful ambience. The banquet rooms are multipurpose and can be used for meetings and as well as conferences and modified to suit your requirement. The ballroom accommodates up to 1,000 people and is the largest of its sort in Jerusalem.
